I put alot of thought and time into the original draft of this post. My connection timed out. So rather than retype the whole post, Ill give you a summation.

Communication.

We have no doubt that the mgmt team is putting forth an effort to make this experience more enjoyable and cohesive for all players. The primary disconnect, and consequently the cause for the high level of frustration we are currently experiencing, lies in the lack of communication.

It seems a shame to me that the last major response we illicited from mgmt was a post that basically told the community to "back off".

I think I speak for many of us when I say that the players would like to be as much involved in the evolution of this game as mgmt is. If mgmt has reasons for the way they do things, then we'd at least like to know what those reasons are and to also know that our voices are being heard. A CR corr. would allow both the community and SWG to organize thoughts, reasonings and responses in a coherent thread that would alleviate players from "sitting in the dark" and becoming so frustrated that these forums are no longer fun or constructive but the only apparent means to express discontent.

The reason I say CR corr. is because, while I believe thatthe profession correspondents are doing the best they can, their efforts and concerns appear to be mostly 1 dimensional in relation to the profession they are representing. I understand that there are changes that need to be made to all professions (or most). However, if there were an effort to show how themgmt's strategies are created to address these changes and input from the entire community was taken into serious consideration, Iknow this would go a long way to decreasing frustrations on both sides of the ball and would greatly increase the enjoyment of this experience by both the player base and mgmt.

All we areasking for is that we know we are part of this game. Not just drones that "jack on" and have informatin downloaded into our brains. I do believe that mgmt wants to provide an extraordinary product that would make its own place as one of the most outstanding experiences in gaming ever! I would like to see this product do just that. In order for us to embark on that road, we need to come together and find ways to make this work.

They moved it while I was reading it. Just post the link in other forums. This way we can have others look at this too.I don't we need another petition or movement of discontent. Just a pure effort to turn this thing around so we can get back to the fun we all stick around for.

Actually I would argue that most Correspondents are not one dimensional ^_^

We all have are interests that is true butall of us represent at least a 1/2 dozen or so professions and many of us represent much more then that. That is one of the qualities of a good correspondent. The ability to step back, breathe and consider other professions.

And there really issomeone like aCS correspondent already - His name is BruceE and he talks to us correspondents on CS issue. When he asks that something happens CS hops to it.

That's cool. I think many of us are not aware of many of the other things that go on. I've never heard of or have seen a post by BruceE. That's not an indictment. Im just saying that there are many others like myself who would never have known about this person unless we were told by someone like you. don't get me wrong, Im not accusing the other correspondents of being self centered at all. Im just saying that I understand that the rifleman corr. focues on the rifleman prof. But to see someone that took the time to understand that this is a global swg problem, and not prof. specific, makes me feel all gooey inside .

The only thing I want to add to this is "what and where are the outcomes of these issues you take to the CS?". I'd love to be educated as to what is gonig on and why? And thanks for your reply.
