)Over 60 players on the Chimaera Server of the Dark Alliance are, displeased, to say it lightly, by the Planetary Player-City System. We reach rank 4... but then: congratulations, unfortunately, the planet is capped: (try again in a year or so)
What is the whole point of creating a city if you cannot even advance? There should at LEAST be a message when you create your city (Warning: you can create your city but it can't reach City Rank 4). Capping the ammount of cities on a planet is fine, but what's the point of capping a City Rank?
This definitely needs work.

It's VERY BAD not to warn us before, because nobody wants a town which cant even reach rank 4. And why cant there be anymore rank 4 towns on correlia?
