Thread: Is SOE ISO-9000 certified?

A question for someone who knows.
If so, is SWG inspected regularly for compliance?
If you arent, that would explain a great many things.

Being certified doesn't actually ensure or mean anything, it just means you have a set of procedures laid down and that you follow them, it in no way ensures you will have a decent product / service at the end of it. The only reason that organisations get certified that I can see, is so that they can use it in their marketing to fool stupid people.

It's about as easy to pass as an OSHA inspection. Fix the issues 5 minutes before they show, get certed, let the problems linger in the background till the next visit...

ISO 9000 standards were created to keep ISO 9000 inspectors employed. "Nuff said!

Yeah of course they have a certificate....a certificate of ignorance! 
Seriously I've never seen suchcrap Customer Service. Especially when it comes to LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE!
SOE if you want more people here get your heads out of your backsides, allow those who don't have credit cards to use Global Collect to pre-order ToOW and IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
