How long do you think you can hold out SOE without telling us the truth
We Demand an answer on our server condition, not "it is undergoing maintainance we have no eta" but the truth. We have waited long enough now almost 40 hours and no constructive feedback from SOE at all which is to completely honest a downright sham. If you honestly dont know FIND OUT and tell us and stop making us feel like you are incompotent and ripping us off.
Answer us we deserve that as paying customers if not i want the personal e-mail address of whoever is responsible for decisions @ soe as again that is my right as a paying customer i am entitled to speak to whoever is in charge if not what should i do?
call the press?, call a watchdog? call the police as i feel i have been robbed of my sub money and money for the pre-order which guaranteed me early accesss which im not getting.
You are riding very close to a breach of trust and your agreement to us.
Give us a proper announcement or i demand within my rights the tel no. or the e-mail address of the person in charge at SOE.
Fail to respond at your peril i will not lie down. If u delete this post i will go farther. You cant ban me for doing nothing wrong either so dont try i am in no violation. Customers have rights and i am exercising mine NOW.

SOE lacks the understanding of community support. They make no effort to keep excisiting customers.. they have no ingame events during special occations.. they are letting this game die.
