Thread: More than 34 Hours of Server Downtime for Euro Servers
Tiggs is it too much trouble to request updates every two hours and a rough idea on whatthe problem is? We all understand that technical problems arise from time to time but if we were communicated better with then I am sure that people would not be quite so angry.

The sad part is that is seems like SOE has a "code of silence" when things happens.
Servers down for maintenance can be anything from a guy polishing the front of the server to exchanging a memory module for 30+ hours.
I'm not mad that the servers are down, but I'm mad about they don't give out any freaking information at all !
Shape up and start having some community relation at all!
Last I would like to thank for all the information the Developers and other responsible personal has put out regarding the server maintenance regarding the progress... Oh, not to forget also thanks for not be able to play the game on my main server!
