THIS ISN'T FROM THE NATIONAL INQUIRER EITHER - JUST HAD BOTH

MY YT-1300 AND Y-8 SHIPS TAKEN BY THE STARPORT TERMINAL BUG

AT DOABA GURFEL STARPORT ON CORELLIA AND THEN LOST MY

JSF AT THE BUGGED STARPORT ON NARMELE. THERE WAS NO NOTICE,

NO WARNING WHATSO EVER. I JUST MASTERED MASTER ARTISIAN

SO I COULD MAKE VEHICLE REPAIR KITS TO REPAIR ALL THE SKIFFS

THAT HAVE ALREADY DIED DUE TO CHEATING ONE HIT BABY ANIMALS

ON MUSKATAR (SP INTENDED) AND NOW I CAN'T MINE THE SPACE

RESOURCES NECESSARY DUE TO THIS HORRID BUG .

BEWARE - THE LATEST IS THAT THE BUG AFFECTS DIFFERENT

STARPORTS ON DIFFERENT SERVERS AND THERE SEEMS

TO BE NO WORK AROUND.

WHO KNOWS WHEN SPACE WILL BE SAFE AGAIN - THANKS

FOR NOTHING SOE FOR MAKING OUR LIVES A LIVING NIGHTMARE.

AS HAN SOLO WOULD SAY, "NO GAME IS WORTH THIS!"

AND YES BUGGED INGAME - AS IF THAT DOES ANY GOOD.

did you fill in a CSR Ticket as well as the bug report?

They are two different things and the CSR ticket is what gets problems directly solved for you.

/bug - creates a ticket that goes to QA for testing and does not get CSR attention

ctrl+h, search database, read article, scroll to bottom, select create csr ticket - fill in gets CSRs attention.

WELL YES INDEED I FILED BOTH A /BUG AND A CRS TIC - BUT THIS WASNT JUST HAPPENING

TO ME - IT WAS HAPPENING TO MANY, MANY PLAYERS ON VARIOUS SERVERS AT VARIOUS

STARPORT!!!!! KUDOS SUPREME TO CSR-CHRISG AS USUAL HE CAME UP WITH A FIX

FOR NOT JUST ME BUT THE WHOLE SERVER. IF WE COULD GET ABOUT 12 MORE OF HIM

THIS GAME WOULD BE LIGHTYEARS AHEAD OF ALL OTHERS - IT TOOK A RESET OF THE

STARPORTS TO GET THIS FIXED BUT INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING OF DOWNTIME ALL I HEARD

WERE WORDS OF PRAISE. MY WHOLE BEEF WITH THIS IS THE SAME AS ALL THE TIMES BEFORE

NO FREAKIN COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!!!!! SOE KNEW THIS WAS HAPPENING AND HOW

GAME BREAKING IT WAS AND YET NO ANNOUNCEMENT OR ADVISORY TO THE PLAYER BASE

WHICH COULD HAVE PREVENTED HALF MY PROBLEMS. AND OBVIOUSLY THE FIX WASNT THAT

BIG OF A DEAL SO WHY DID IT TAKE RANTING ON MY AND OTHERS PART TO FINALLY GET

SOMETHING DONE !!! AND YOUR ANSWER TO THAT IS ?????? WELL?

AND YES I FEEL FOR THE OTHERS WHO CANT EVEN GET INTO THEIR SERVERS AND

THOSE WHO CAN'T LOG IN DUE TO HURRICANES BUT IN FLORIDA I THINK FOLKS HAVE MORE

IMPORTANT THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT THAN THIS GAME.

I myself have tried to /bug, receive service_name not available at this time error message. Same problem when trying to open a ticket.

I have seen various postings over the past three days for this problem. All servers have been mentioned as having this issue with most planets listed as well.

It's not one player running into the problem and it's not one server, this is a SWG GLOBAL ISSUE. A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERIVCE WITH STATUS ON THIS ISSUE IS REQUIRED.

Stop crying with Caps Lock on please. It really makes you look like an 8 year old.

It is a bug and the devs are looking at it, No ETA.
