My God, SOE's customer service is non existant.

My friend makes a post on here and gets banned for a certain amount of time.

He asks what he did wrong when he can post again and gets no answer.

He posts again saying how bad the screw ups have been in the gameand he gets banned for life (apparently since his log-in no longer works)

So is SOE saying that customers cannot post anything saying that SOE made a mstake? Even when SOE goes back on what it does and corrects that mistake.

Now our ships are stuck at the Dathomir Science Outpost with an issue that has been around for multiple days, but no one ever saw a message saying "don't fly here in your own ships"

Does SOE have a moratorium against communication with the players except in small doses when Julio Torres gets interviewed and it gets posted?

What you call Customer Service is appalling. Tiggs, do something, please.
