Thread: We the customers have a right to know !!!

We pay our subscription , therfore we are customers that should be getting a service. When this service is'nt available we should be given and honest straight forward explanation for what is wrong and the steps taken to fix it. Leaving us in the dark and not giving any info is a violation to our rights as paying customers. SOE we demand to be told right now what is happening !!!! 26 hours of downtime is too much to ask , you can not expect us to believe that no one knows whats going on " Customer Relations + CSR standard reply" , We're sure even the intern janitors know what the problem is !!!!


You seriously have a communication problem with us , please fix it before it is too late. Most of us are grown up and responsible adults that should be treated wth more respect than that you are currently showing . Sending Tiggs in every few hours to keep the riots down with half baked replies is'nt the answer to your problems , honesty is a much better approach.

since they don´t tell us what has happened, i guess they don´t want it to be known in public.


That makes me believe it is a serious issue, like all data is lost and they´re trying to restore it now but don´t wanna tell us before they know for sure if it is all lost or if they can restore it, or since it affects all euro server a hardware problem is unlikely and my bet would be that SOE hasn´t payed the Euro data center so they took the servers off.

But I do belive as started above, this is not just a 'hardware issue' but way more serious since we're all kept in the dark here about whats going on. Usually SOE arent this hard to get info from (and very rarely do we see more than 4 hour downtime). Usually we get info about whats going on. But usually its also minor problems. But I really hope we'll get some info soon, since being kept in the dark is just not good customers service....

You are a customer ... not a constituent ... you do not have rights to any information. You only have one right ... and that is the right to quit paying for their service.

(Credit Cap Indicent) .. Close to a billion credits? Be warned .. once you get there, YOUR responsibility to know of the undocumented limit & move money so as to have room for more credits. If not, you will not get paid for the things you sell. Lost almost 30 million credits. One more bug for the road eh?! Kudos to the best CSR ever .. DavidS and a big to the marplot ChrisG whos customer service is a contributing factor to the decline of the game.

SOE SCustomer Service is horrid.


Since it is Halloween, we could tell stories to people that play other games about the horrible customer service SOE offers. That might make them urinate on themselves.
