After euro server down, SOE granted those servers double xp for a week

Somes guys i know only said "baaa, double xp, and what for the ones with finished templates" : understand "i have a finished template, i don't care about xp, give me free days"

So i had an idea : next time, just give everyone some crappy item so that they have real argument to say it's a crappy gift

A lot of those people have their own agenda. Yes, some are full temp jedi that really can't use the double XP. But, a lot of those people are others that hate jedi and don't want others to fill in their villiage template quicker. I was in a hunting group just yesterday and two of the people did nothing but **edit** about all the jedi's running around and said they need to remove them from the game. My guess it's a lot of people like this that are making the "no double XP" comments.

How about a respec token? That way those who have full templates that were griding to change could respec in compensation for their lost time. A single token (vs double xp or a respec period) wouldn't do much to inflate/cheapen the jedi population.

Make it an expiring token, that you have like 3 days to use or lose.

Well, one that would have to be used in three days wouldn't help people on vacation or away for other reasons.

my idea is that the loot tables be bumped 5% and crafting success tables by 5% (not combines just chance of good success)for a week instead of double xp. Don't really know what to suggest for entertainers and merchants though.

That's not a bad idea. But, doesn't help the newer players who can only kill NPC's that drop stuff like stone knives. Don't think they need MORE stone knives. Don't get me wrong, very good idea, just think a lot of people would be left out on that one.
