the gold/silver thing is related to a deceased part of the forum rank system - if they have it they were grandfathered into it.
It relates to star ranks - if most of your posted were ranked high then you got a different title and the gold or silver icons.

I don't know if my actual golden insignia has been a failure, but thanks you anyway so that today is my birthday

Garva said a bunch of peoples ranks were fixed to day inadvertently with the graphics icon update. ^-^ glad to see it helped you!

Hi all,
I have a question about board ranking system. My register date in boards was 08-25-2004 and i've a lot of posts, but i haven't silver insignia no golden insignia. I know buddies with a register date moreearly and less posts that have golden insignia. Perhaps i don't understand too well ranking board so, anyone can explain that?
