How does one submit a picture screen shot to try to get the Screen shot of the day?

there is a post about this every day. the answer is simple anyone feel free to correct me is i am wrong but as far as i know you can'tit's that simple.They take shots from other websites is what i have heard.

Hey I was just wondering how I could get some of my screen shots in the player screen shots of the day box. I usually take really good shots and I think they are worthy
