Tiggs is posting a "Live issues" thread every day for the current version. While I understand the need to make it a daily thread (not 50 pages of repeating bugreports), this is only useful, if the reported issues are mentioned in the first message of the thread. This was one of the improvements we should have received communitywise.

Currently this is not happening. Players reported issues for 13.0 every day, but the "reported issues" didn't change. So what did players do? They reported the same issues again, because they wanted to get feedback about what is going on with their issues. This leads to the situation, that players get unsatisfied because it looks like their voice is not being heard at all.

I (and I think the majority of the players)understand that some issues can't be fixed quickly. But at least we should get acknowledgement and if possible status report about the known issues. This was promised to us. It helps both sides. Players, because they know their issuesare taken care of, and developers because they don't have to look through all the posting and checking, whether this is a new or an old issue.

Seems we´re back to the old SOE again, they don´t acknowledge bugs, so they do not exist. All the things Calandryll once posted are getting ignored again, the customers are getting ignored and i expect publish 13.1 to be the one with the most bugs and the final death of SWG. It´s really a shame that not even Lucasarts cares about their good reputation they once had, but SOE managed to destroy it. Poor communication, poor customer service and all those bugs that exist, some even since the beta, and also some major ones that i would consider game breaking (i.e. warcry) get not addressed nor fixed, and that also reflects on Lucasarts ofc. The new patches we get are really nice and needed, but still with 30++ bugs ingame they should take care of those first before they push out new stuff and new bugs again.
