I don't think your Forum/Station name can be changed. It is irrevocably linked to your account.

The CSRs do have the tools to force a name change, *but* they only use them if your name is offensive, or is recognizably not a name, or is the name of a famous person or character. ie your character's name violates the EULA or TOS. I believe they can only change the first name, not the last name.

There is no name change service.

Se-Hun Cara sounds, to me, like a perfectly good, starwarsy name.
