Every day the Live, TC and Correspondent bug threads are entered into a excel spreadsheet. They are then sent on to QA to be reproduced and assigned a bug number. From there they are then prioritized and filtered out to the Leads. Members of the Dev team will not know all bugs that are happening. They are assigned bugs from their Lead and those are what they work on. So your statement is semi true, Devs are not shown all the bugs that are entered however, they are told about bugs that impact them.
So.... Please, can you tell us if, after all that proceeding, someone has shown to the Devs the annoying chat windows bug?
We are hoping to have a fix for this on Test Center soon.
Tiggs hi could you pls answer those?
DO YOU KNOW?
You know there is SMC and NS theme parks that we cannot complete trully.
You know unbelieveable CL creatures are unimageniably absurd places.
You know there are so many NPCs in the starports who wait on top of each other with same names and appearances.
You know there are buggy AI which cannot run around a single house.
You know there are still buggy missions due to lag or incompleteness like random npcs give quest and then not talk again ever.
You know padawan trials are still buggy like hell.
You know ppl still cant do the rebel theme park's 3rd quest from the last (luke's one) in one trying, for that matter nearly half of the themeparks can get buggy.
You know we can still get infinite numbers of "death star fragment" or "NS crystal" or "dark jedi madallion".
You know there are still buggy garages, which we cant use normally.
You know we still cannot tune the crystals according to their quality, they are nearly but nearly random.
You know visibility does not work as you devs stated.
You know there is not still good loot at many highest-end NPCs.
You know DWB still can get buggy time to time.
You know vette missions are buggy.
You know "stupid SBDs" are still far more powerful than a stormtrooper (remember early versions of stormtroopers (yea i mean clone troopers, i said "early" thing just because as reminder) can kill a BD in1 or 2 shot, where a stormtrooper dies in seconds before them, even you devs can replace the SBD with another high end NPC. This is for me star wars breaker a very major bug! even tho all my toons are rebel ATM...
You know warren, nades, AFK dancers (oh sorry you fixed that by replacing the holo system with a new grinding one which has buggy quests).
You know servers are laggy at prime times.
You know smugglers can't smuggle for god sake!
You know the emotion lags, HAM bars invisibility chat tabs etc..
You know more than these which I cant remember just right now (get bored and depressed actually)...

We agree with your wants. We are going to be focusing on smaller/cleaner publishes because quality means much more then quantity.
Since when??
I see no evidence of that whatsoever, so I'll believe it when I see it. The facts speak for themselves. You guys have completely ignored game-breaking bugs (e.g. the BE/tailor clothing problem, the DE problems, the CH problems, this latest experimentation bug, commando AOE problems, and on and on) in each of the last few publishes, and it always gets published on-time, completely ignoring these bugs that are reported to you through all the appropriate mechanisms that you guys have devised (/bug, the bug threads, and the correspondents). This is a choice that you have made, and it's not a good one.
Is it just me or do I spot a HUGE flaw in this method?
By not relaying all the bugs known to the dev team you deny them a view at the bigger picture. One bug might seem unrelated to another in eyes of the "Spreadsheet maker" or the lead, while if a "normal" dev would see the entirelist, they might spot a connection or pattern in a certain problem. All too often are some seamingly simple and often used bits of codeused by loads of different subsystems. It might not affect one system, but it might affect the other.

Their methodoligy is not flawed in any way.

I get the sense that the Friday Feature From a couple weeks ago when they just recopied a FAQ from one of the forums was the low point for Dev communication. That may have caused a meeting or two on seeming lack of involvement by the Dev team. Good to see an improved effort to open up better lines of communication. This is a good step Tiggs!
Can you elaborate on which Friday feature you are referring to please?

Since you asked..
How about this one
PS - Cleanup in aisle 9 (aka, the Smuggler forum). Someone dropped a jar of Spin Control, and it's making a huge mess.
