Thread: So You Fired Tiggs?
I can't believe that they did this to someone who worked worked hard and I think represented the dev team very fairly. Sure some didn't like here but there were lots who did.

going to have to chime in again......director of public relations is a high level position,,,,,,,,,a decision maker. She got fired for a good reason, SWG is a mess and she helped it get that way. NO excuses thats the facts. Bring in someone that is accountable and hold them to it is on most business models. She knew the risks and appearently not able to do the job. Good luck on the next assignemt.....
I guess as Chief Fry Cook you know a lot about business.

You will be missed, Tiggs. You sure had a lot of grace under pressure and a much higher tolerance level than most of us!
This is my second MMO with you and you have been great both times. Here's hoping to see you with my next one *cough* STO *cough*!

Instead of flogging Tiggs with further criticism when she's already down, I will explain my feelings on this situation simply by referencing my comments on Tigg's performance in the past:

This may sound completely foolish to some, but with rent being due and having kids of her own.. is there anyway to make some sort of contribution to Tiggs?? She was used as a scapegoat and then cut loose.... this close to the holidays is a complete joke
Truly though, does anyone know of anyway whoever wanted could make some type of financial contribution? I know most of the summit members kept in close touch of each other so if anyone would know, it would be they.
Yeah, seriously -- I don't know if it would be helpful or not, but it's a good thought, assuming she was fired. I mean, I know some people feel like they got their feelings hurt because they think somebody lied to them about a video game, but let's keep this in perspective. She's fired with two kids just in time for the holidays. Nobody should be happy about that.

obviously if she got fired then yes i believe she is to blame for some of it. She held a Directors position........that means that the only person above her in a normal heirachy is the VICE PRESIDENT........so yes, i do place blame on her sholders

I don't know much about them "corporate hierarchies," but I will say this man. I could give a damn 'bout what dishonorable, money-grubbin'folk like these SOEfella say 'bout Tiggs. If I was dismissed by low down dirty folk, I reckon I was doin' somethin' right man, not wrong.
