Gee Liguori, this is the second thread in which you called me a "plant" lol (in addition to the other thread where you called me a CSR plant). Maybe you are a member of the secret anti-SOE coalition, funded by the people who designed World of Warcraft, Matrix Online, and Final Fantasy XI, and they pay you to call those of us on SOEs secretpayroll "plants".

The CU has potential, I'll give it that and it has done one thing for me that I can thank SoE for.

I'm spending less time at the computer.

I object. I played a game as as a trial and was SOLD on the fact that I could Solo OR group. both had their advantages. Now- We are forced into a group, whether we like it or not. This is NOT cool. Not more like Star Wars, more like a generic MMORPG.

If Han Solo- SOLO- hadn't soloed the Imperial acadamy, he never would have met Chewie to group with.

Also- From a ROLEPLAYING perspective, this kills character development. Who you are as a character depends just as much on what you do solo as it does in a group.

As point of fact: Luke soloed the Jundlund wastes (got his butt kicked, but soloed).

Han soloed Hoth on tauntaun.

Obi Wan soloed Grevious.

Another thing- stop refering to players who are unhappy with the state of the game post- cu as adolescant or immature. It's simply not true. We're NOT a minority and we're not children.

As a point of fact- most of the mature players have LEFT THE GAME. I feel that I am one of the few left and I am only hanging on to fight to be able to play for the months that I was succered into paying for in advance, based on system of gameplay that I found fun. Not to be uber or jedi or exploit- just to play Star Wars.
