It is working now. Lithium is trying to isolate the problem of what it just stops working for no reason then starts again.

Could you get them to check on the login cookie issue? Having to log in after being idle for 10 minutes is a total pain.

i wondered for awhile why you guys use lithium for your forums. there is constant downtime usually at the most critical times for communication.every other month there is a login issue that stays broken for a monthor longer,then as soon as it is resolved, another one creeps up. the search is always broken, but i gave up even trying to use that. interface issues are fairly regular, they cant even keep skins working right.


it seems any basic functionality you would expect a forum that is used as the primary communication tool between customer and provider is completely missing from lithiums solution.


then it hit me.


lithium is so horrible from a customer service perspective they make soe look better.


hats off to your shrewd and keen business moves soe.
