Thread: SEARCH FUNCTION NOT WORKING AGAIN.
i wondered for awhile why you guys use lithium for your forums. there is constant downtime usually at the most critical times for communication.every other month there is a login issue that stays broken for a monthor longer,then as soon as it is resolved, another one creeps up. the search is always broken, but i gave up even trying to use that. interface issues are fairly regular, they cant even keep skins working right.
it seems any basic functionality you would expect a forum that is used as the primary communication tool between customer and provider is completely missing from lithiums solution.
then it hit me.
lithium is so horrible from a customer service perspective they make soe look better.

move to firefox....never have to login again.
