Look at the "in testing" update notes. They didn't do crap to update Pistoleer! No gun holster. No duel pistols. No better stats for Dx2. NOTHING! Instead, they revamped chef. Wow...
Please tell me I missed something? This next patch isn't the 'combat balance' patch is it? Dear God if it is I'm out.

Sure we got a change. They nerfed stacking bleed shots!
There ya go.

They're working on the "big combat balance" right now. That's where most of our help (hopefully) is at the moment.

oh please! no holsters!
Some of the other professions have serious problems that need fixing before extra cool flashy graphics are added.

Are they really? I got 3 thing I can use stacked bleeds, fanshot, and a KD. I can't take it if they keep breaking what works and not fixing whats broken.

The bleed stack "fix" screws all the ranged proffs equally ( with the exception of BH and commando, who will still have a stackable health dot with fire and bleed) So it's not ONLY our problem.
And the chefs have really needed love for a while now. Not that we haven't, but Chef is easily one of the more gimped crafting proffs. ( DE being the other ) Chef fixes do not affect combat balance and don't really require as much forethought as our fixes will.
It's gotten to the point where I'm glad NOT to see our proff listed in patch notes 'cause so far it has been attached to increased HAM costs, timers and more timers. The best thing that happened to us (fanshot fix) wasn't in the patch notes.

No more Healthshot2;Healtshot1? or just bleeds across different professions?
Please be the second one....
I didn't read anything about this in the notes.... better re-read.

Do you honestly believe this? I mean this patch came more than a month after the last one was released on Live and as far as I'm concerned, besides the Chef revamp, it's just another hotfix. They did nothing to considerably change the game. Looks like we'll be waiting about 31 more months before all the professions are fixed at this rate. What a great way to keep people playing the game, right?

I hope that we get fixed in the combat balance. don't you? Hopefully it's not too far away. I'm sorry that I'm not as pecimistic as you.

I disagree ... their professions are not as broken as ours. The bleed stack was at least a crutch to help us get around. So it's not screwing "all the ranged proffs equally" really. So there are no fixes just more nerfs ... hmmm.

I agree with mutantcoil. With Rifles and Carbines you can easily get a 1k bleed shot without knocking down an enemy. With pistols I would get around 4-500 max. Considering the low speeds of the other weapons, they are basically all just like pistols except more powerful.

the bleed nerfage screws everyone over... im sure going to miss my /mindshot2; /mindshot1 macro ![]()
i dont see why anyone would want to stack bleeds to different pools, sure i could /mindshot2; switch to my pistol /healthshot2; but whats the point? id rather hit one pool, not two. way to go logic ![]()
