Thread: PvP question from a Non-commando

I was fighting today and ran into a commando. He hit me with a Flame Single 2 that did over 3000 damage before resists.
Did he just have an UBER Flamethrower, or is that normal.

He might have had one that may have been krayt enhanced or had a good damage slice.
But the Commando got real lucky in hitting you like that. Normally our accuracy on PvP is crappy at best, and if a commando doesn't hit on the first shot they are usually dead shortly afterwards.
But if you see someone carrying a flamer in PvP just try to stay out of range, or have a Doc nearby with a fire blanket.

Unless I have a real crappy one that is a very uber FT, Im not positive (its been long time since I PvPed with my commando but I think about 2k before armor would be a real good FT.

That's normal combatspam damage for a damage sliced flamer. I had a 1100 max, it could get up to about 3100 max in PVP. Armour reduced that by 90% though :/
