Hey i was looking for a post I thought i found it a long time ago but I cant find it now. THere was a post stating the jobs of each profession in the GCW wasnt there at one time??? I cant seem to find it i wanted to read again what commandos job was. Can any one help me out or remember what im talking about?

Well, if you mean what we're supposed to do in destroying bases, we override the Power terminal. Basically it's a game of lights out with 4+ switches (I've seen up to 12 once, but usually it's 4 or 6 I think). Other than that we're backup support mostly and turret killers (although a few other classes can do as well, if not better than we can).

i thought at one time there was a post saying what each profession should do like ours was something like taking control of battle fields and or something like that

well I remember right after they upped our hvy weapon dmg and actually made us somewhat working in lvling up (2 months after release btw...we were the only class that couldnt lvl up really)
They mentioned that they raised our hvy weapon dmg...and they were only to be used sparingly..and our LP was suppoused to be our "primary" weapon

Ok everytime I play SWG I seem to lose my connection, after about 30 minutes. Not exactly but generally every 30 minutes poof "You have lost your Connection to SWG!" or something along that line.
Does anyone have any idea why this could happen? Are there any solutions? So far it hasn't happened at a bad time, but I really don't want to lose my connection in the middle of a fight ya know.
It's only been happening since I got switched companies for my connection. I went from Hickory Tech to Comcast, and the connection is better, gameplay is smoother, but now I can't even play without going back to the Character Screen, eveyr half an hour.

I'm assuming this is a cable connection? If so, be absolutely certain that your computer is connected at the first split in the coaxial line. If you are farther down the chain you can experience intermittent problems like what you have described. I ran into this when first installing my cable modem, but since correcting the wiring configuration I have had no problems.
