Hotkey religions and Ancient Jundaks are no match for a good blaster macro, kid

Confirmed. Post hot"fix" set a level 81 Bol on fire first shot, and sat back and watched the flame animation last the duration of the fight, and do nothing. No damage when the DOT should have started, no damage over time.
