Its saying well be able to switch our skill points whenever we wish - wonder if thats a screw up or what - should be interesting.

I think what was ment by that is, you have the option to switch (trade in) and reassign them one time...but you can do it whenever you wish. You can do it immediately after the upgrade or wait a few weeks to think about it. Basically you don't have to decide right away. Otherwise, I would switch from MCommando/TKM to MCommando/MWhatever depeding on the situation or group members.

Just my take on that.
