The launcher pistol can use any pistol special, but it has no AP.

And, it has the greatest special in them game; the "Lag 'em All to Hell" special!

Anyone and everyone around you shall curse you and the entire commando profession as you proceed to own their framerate!

Doesn't get much better than that.
