Its worse than you think...the +5/+10 range arms dont work for heavy weapons

I have been really busy in RL and haven't got a chance to log on and play my commando... has anything changed/improved for us yet? I see there are lots of +5/10 ranged arms around, that could help us... other than that all looks as broken as ever...
