can weaponsmiths make rocket launchers?...i cant seem to find any for sale (eclipse)
im an architect ...but felt the need to kill things...did some research and got master psitoleer..unfortunately had to drop some of it to finance unarmed 4 and master marks..but hey..so now im a novice
as things look to me..i use a launcher pistol with bleed shots, double taps and body shot 3 this is fine if they have no resists to blast and 0ap..other than that i use flamethrower with horrible accuracy for heat dmg..and acid rifle? for acid dmg..again with horrible accuracy.
read the guide but its all a bit much to take in..am i missing something..or do i just suck it up and try and only hunt BEMs with very low blast resist and 0ap?
yes they can, sorry i'm not on your server to recommend someone for ya
Weaponsmiths can do Rocket Launchers if they are Master. The trouble with Rocket Launchers from a Weaponsmith point of view is that they are a big pain in the ass and tie up our factories too much.
The Rocket Laucher itself takes 4 different factory run parts, one of which (Proton Grenades) takes 4 different factory runs itself. So to make the final Rocket Launcher run you have had to make 8 different factory runs to this point and then your final Rocket Launcher run.
In a nutshell, that explains why Weaponsmiths generally don't make them and the ones that do price them between 50K and 100K for a weapon that only has 29-32 shots in it usually. From my experience as a Master Commando I don't really think the Rocket Launcher is worth using anyways. The accuracy of it stinks unless you are a Master and I actually enjoy using the Heavy Particle Beam Cannon a lot more because of the price per shot ratio.
Just some things to think about on that one. I always use my Flame except if something has high heat resist (Bordoks on Endor for example) and then I will use my FlameCone2, FlameSingle2 and then switch to the Heavy Acid Rifle and spam AcidSingle2 until they go down. Even if something is 100% Heat Resistant, the Flame DOT sticks but just doesn't do initial damage so always use the Flamer anyways for a couple specials to get the DOT ticking before you switch over to something else.

There will prolly be more to come, as i come across more i dont know
