"MAX" is only the top half of the average, why wouldn't you want to know the whole dmg and then you could do the "Average" and actualy see what kinda dmg you'd get?
Elemental - Best Converted I've seen 200, but on newly crafted weapons you're looking at 120-150.
SAC for a Heavy is around 120 base.
Range, 45m.
Price= Cheapish, Use to get them un-enhanced for 6k pre-CU. Good Set of 6 Tissues + 20k.

The first thing you will notice is I did not list minimum damages. Yes, there is a reason. Unless you are fighting a DJM your minimum damage will never really come into play unless you are using a damage enhancing power up." this is from the mouth of Mordan the weponsmith corespondant and is because of low to unoticable damage mitigation on everyhitng aside from DJM

i wanna damage capped LBC tahts why....i personly liek it and think if a good enough one is made it will way surpass the abilities of a PFT
