id say keep the old and get a new... have a 64m range, 6m AOE gun and 64m range, non-AOE gun

where can i get a proton rifle ? and also, ive heard theres no way to really get the SAC of a flame thrower below 100 without sacrificing alot of damage. any ideas? Also, can you still not put a powerup on a flamer?

All heavy weapons are capped at 100, so that will be as low as you can go..Also, experimentation on crafting is much different than it use to be


And no, you STILL cant put a pup on a flamer

that sucks, do you happen to know where to loot the proton rifle? also, i have around 12-15 heavy weapons tapes with +11 speed, +9 speed +5 speed, and all the same for accuracy and defense, will those make a large difference?

And yes, they will make a difference. If you are like me, if it drops your attack speed from 1.51 to 1.50 it is worth it

Yup.


Sadly, the Proton Carbine which is available via a relatively easy quest (talk to a guy- go kill 20 something or others) outperforms it in every way.
