wth is a low requirment special heavy weapon? one guy told me a beam rifle is one, but it dosnt make any sense. Im a weaponsmith so I would like to try and figure what he is talking about.

the launcher pistol or the correlian destroyer both need only novice commando (if thats what your asking)
