Just got master combat medic/master commando/x31x carbs and was hoping for some feedback. I personaly love this template
and con hold my own against most other ranged temps and some melee (no root sucks
) but was wondering what you lot would think of it?

got bored of it was just looking for a template that would be fun to use and could stand up to most other players

Well i don't know what they expect us to do. It seems almost everyone needs at least some medic. So if you are master commando with some medic then you can basically master 1 other thing. You can take pistols and get some good shots for states and a root but nothing that does good damage or you can take some rifles and have a good damage shot. How about master commando master combat medic lol just overcharge shot everything LOL.

That's really similar to my build: Master Commando | Master Combat Medic | Carbineer 0/4/0/0 | FS Reflexes 3/0/0/0
The biggest difference between your build and mine is that I have more accuracy, a better snare, and better ranged defense, whereas you have a KO (other than the rocket launcher) and more melee defense. All in all, I think the build is a lot of fun. I love Combat Medic and I love Commando, so obviously I had to have those two. Carbineer is severely underrated when it comes to specials, so that's a good choice to stick on top of it. The only other build I could possibly recommend is probably MCM/MCO/Smug 4/0/0/0 for better crowd control. However, I (probably just like you) like doing some damage in a group with my big flamer, and Improved Legshot helps a LOT.

I like your template,
I have a character with MCM in it and I love it. You have imp leg shot which IMO is one of the best specials around for damage and cycle time. Also the basic charge shot is a fine hard hitting KD.
My MCM character is MCM|M Smuggler|Pistoleer xxx4.
I had Master Commando|Master Smuggler|Rifle 4xx4 with Zash. I missed my social stuff with Dancer too much and refuse to drop Smuggler so Commando had to go.

Im a Master Commando, Master Rifleman, Medic 0440, Combat Prowess 1300(wel, not yet im still working on combat prowess)
You got a good temp going there, altho im alittle biased. Anything with commando in it, to me, rules

Electrolyte Drain stacks with my snare, making enemies slow down to a crawl. It's almost like a root.

agreed Dark, i hate the feeling of standing next to a group and thinking im doing absolutely nothing and i found the RL KD realy realy sucks (and so does the RL but thats been argued over for ages
) plus i have the electrolyte drain aswell so am not too bothered about the snare. Want more ranged defence tho but have zilch sp left

Im m.commando/MBH/4000 smuggler its a crowd pleaser in mass pvp with the smuggler concussion shot and panic shot. It also has 2 good damage attacks with criticalshot and torso shot plus when it all comes apart theres also last ditch, i havent used last ditch yet though sounds like it would be cool on paper. Weakness of my temp is the healing part, oh well cant have it all.

I was in a duel the other night with another fellow Commando who wanted to test out his 'trick', or so he called it. We fought and I won the first round. The second round he threw a whole slew of states at me, root first off, I recovered, healed, and charged him, used my TKM skills to state him up, then whipped out my PFT to pack on the pain. I had him down near a few hundred health leftover and I was near full health then all of a sudden I was on the ground, incapped. I looked at the combat spam and he had done over 2k damage to me in a single shot. I asked him how and he said Last Ditch.
He said it drains the hell out of his HAM so it really is a Last Ditch shot... but damn. 2000 damage in a single blow is painful.
