i may have missed it but we dont have rangedmitigation 1-3 do we? anyway im doing tkm to go with master commando and 0030 in smuggler that way i can get rangedmitigation 1 and lowblow (the pistol launcher works well with smuggler skills) but i will have to give up novice medic for the stim b's but i will have meditation from the tkm do you think its a good idea?

Its ranged mitigation. And yes, we do have 1 through 3. I don't think ranged mitigations stack either, so getting 0030 from Smuggler would only be good for the skill. Good luckon your path toward enlightenment.
