Thread: confirmed,Rocket Launcher is an area effect weapon

someone said its area effect is broken, its not true. I just tried today, it DO area effect.
But tried heavy particle beam, it is single target(personaly I think this should be single, it launchs a beam to target, not explosive, simple game concept)
Anyone tried Acid stream and heavy lightning?
