Tested this after I heard some whining on spatial chat about commandos.

My flamethrower ham costs (weapon): 77 health 16 action 16 mind.

Fired any flame special, my ham drops only by 16 health and 10 action and 10 mind.

my stats:

600/400/400 ; 600/400/400 for action and health stats, my mind is 1000/high 700's/high 700's.

Repeated test with acid rifle, that has ham cost of 80 something health...

my ham dropped those 80 something health.

So the HAR does have the ham costs working properly, the flamethrower does not.

While this may not be a critical issue (since even with my consitution in the low 40's when wearing armor I regenerate those 80 something lost health per special before the timer is up), its something that must be noted.

'Foolish boy. Don't you know anything about Fantasia? It's the world of human fantasy. Every part, every creature of it, is a piece of the dreams and hopes of mankind. Therefor, it has no boundaries.'
'But why is Fantasia dying then?'
'Because people have begun to loose their hopes and forget their dreams. So the nothing grows stronger. It's the emptiness that's left. It's like a despair, destroying this world. And I have been trying to help it.'
'But why?'
'Because people who have no hopes are easy to control. And whoever has control has the power'

Every special attack has a multiplier. Flame specials take tiny ammounts of HAM to execute, like a .5 multiplier.

If you fire of a OS2 or suppresion fire(don't ask me why?) with your flame thrower youll see that you take a huge HAM cost. This is in line with what it would have cost you if you used a 77 health ham pistol.
