Thread: Is the Flame DOT related to the damage range of the flamethrower?

The flame DOT is related to the amount of damage done on the shot that applied the DOT. Sadly, I do not know what percentage of the original damage the DOT is.


Also, each different type of DOT will stack. ie. You can place a flame special 2, a flame special 1, a flame cone 2, and a flame cone 1 DOT on someone.


AFAIK you cannot "reapply" a DOT of a partucular type till the existing DOT of that type has burned out. You can keep flaming them and doing the regular damage though.

Applying dots also includes other commandos, my flamesingle 1 dot will not work with yours.
