ive looted a couple of heavy weapon accuracy SEA's, would theyincrease my heavy weapons accuracyif i put them into some clothes or would i need SEA's like Rocket Launcher Accuracy? or would these SEA's ive looted just increase the accuracy of all my heavy weapons

i actually have two characters at the moment, i decided to give up MCH with my main guy so i could master commando, my other character is my holo grinder and i was unlucky enough to get commando as a holo profession, so now i have to master it twice
