After reading our beloved commando forum nightly for a long time I have noticed some sad changes. I fear that the neglect from the developers coupled with the loss of our correspondent has sucked the life out of this board more effectively then the vacuum created by a proton grenade explosion. Have we been assigned a new correspondent, and if so who is he, for I have seen no new posts concerning the basic commando glitches we need fixed. I fear that our commandocommunity is wanning away, and that soon this board will be desolate and subject only to posts complaining about the acid rifle and grenades. Ivoni where are you, we need you back. We need everyone back who used to make this board entertaining and interesting. C'mon people letspost some new ideas and provide a united front to get some attention to our issues.Oh....flame on.

Master Commando Eclipse

First of all, large bright letters this early in the morning hurts the eyes. Please tone that down

Secondly, LordSeckmoth is the new correspondent and I have seen him post data from testing, as well as the state of the proffession. I actually met him ingame recently (at least he said it was him heh) and he seemed to me to be a good guy. I haven't seen much of the life sucked outta the boards, except by those mourning the inevitable loss of good players and the seeming lack of a detailed response to the top 5 issues post, butTH said he was working withthe correspondants on the top 5 posts. If he is using the top 5 everyone posts, since it seems like we all said pretty much the same thing, then it will be a step in the right direction. You just have to remeber that developing and coding takes time, and its not going to bea 10 days after they post its ingame. It might be a month or two.

I am alsostarting to see more frequent "Master Commando and I love this" posts from non-hologrinders or holoconverts and everytime I turn on my Master Commando tag, within 10 minutes I have someone that wants me to train them and only half the time has it been for just the flame tree. This shows me that more people, at least on the server I am on, are wanting to try out our proffession. I say the more the merrier, even if they don't stay. Let them see that the flame thrower is great, but everything else needs some tweaking or even major reworks.

Anyway, I think your pessimism is a bit too early. Changes take time, because everyone seems to want them, but does what they can to prevent it and keep the status quo.
