I want to get a Heavy Weapon Accuracy skill plate but does that make my flamer more accurate or just the heavy weapons tree?

Our profession is different from the other Ranged professions...our speed and accuracy for our weapons are self contained in our trees...in other words, under Master Commando, all the speed and accuracy you are going to get for the FT is in the Flame Tree...The Heavy Weapon Accuracy & Speed only effect the Heavy Weapons contained within that tree...Most other ranted professions, like pistoleer, contain their speed & accuracy in a seperate tree from the main specials (which is something we have discussed back and forth as a possible change to our profession...it has pluses and minues though)...

At Master Commando you get a bit more...but nothing extremely notiticable...mainly a slight boost
