Thread: Why master commando?

This is something that has been brought up before, but I'm not sure it's been worked over on this board. What point is there to mastering commando? FlameCone2 and a bit of accuracy? How much more powerful is a master commando compared to a 0/0/4/0 novice?

Being considered "overpowered", and lets not get sidetracked on that issue, what could be done to keep the master well above the dabbler? It's a good bet that themasters won't get additional skills or bonuses because of how powerful we are currently so that just leaves taking something away from the dabblers. I've always thought that both of the 2nd flame attacks should be master level, or maybe lower the dmg on 2 and add a flame3 for master that's on level with the current flame2 damage.

Any other ideas? And before any dabblers ask: yes a master commando should be able to do more damage to a single target than a dabbler should. It doesn't matter that someone is a weaponsmith and their only chance of soloing stuff is with flame2, which i was told last time i brought this up. No master crafter should be able to do as much damage as a master commando.

Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country. - Hermann Goering
