Thread: HW Accuracy Skill Tapes Do they work?

I'm just starting my commando climb, and I have seen a few auctions for heavy weapons accuracy tapes and armor attachments.
I also ready that back in December, these were broken and that you actually need weapon specific tapes now.
Do the HW accuracy tapes work, or would I be wasting my money?
