OK, Commandos:

It's time to "fess" up! I the midst of our frustrations with our profession, I know each of you has a story where you got your butt-kicked from here to Lok! Share your pain and maybe, just maybe we'll laugh at our troubles!

Mine was on my home planet of Corellia. While overt I was running from the Coronet Cantina with one Rebel trooper (pet) with me. As I approached the fountain outside the starport I noticed someone arriving on a transport (red dot) and headed my direction fast. Becuase I wasn't comfortable with the idea of PvP'ing as Commando, I thought I'd take ashot with my FT from a distance,hope I'd get in a decent hit, send in my rebel trooper then run until "possibly" other Rebels in the area came to assist.

I lucky enough to make a hit with the FT and the Imp took decent damage. I could also see he was fully dressed in Composite armor. I continued running after seeing the person was TK. As I headed out of the south gate toward the garage the TK overtook my rebel. I turned to try and fry (flamesingle1) my enemy while he was tied up on my trooper, when he turned and knocked me down. I watched has he kicked me all the way to Kor Vella!

While incapped, my enemy walked over to me, stood over my body and said, "You shouldn't have stopped running, I was about to give up". Then to totally demoralize me, my enemy undressed and was suddenly dressed in a dancers "revealing wrap". SHE curtsied, then DB'd me! Snatched what ego I had left! Needless to say an old saying popped into my head.... NEVER underestimate the power of a woman!

i went to coronet, as an imp declared fully buffed with decent 50% comp armour, after just getting commando, i thought i would do ok in pvp cos we hit pretty hard i stood around the starport for abit with alot of lag suddenly i saw red dots on the radar 2 of them it wasa fencer and tkm i targeted the tkm and flamed he was on fire so i tab'ed to the fencer while running, fortunitly i had taken def vs kd food and also had some scout so i was able to burst run pretty fast i stoped to wait for the fencer to get within range i flamed and missed and i was dizzed and lunged while the fencer hit me, i was loosing health fast, i got up and flame single 2 again and missed, then i got incaped. the guy said "commando in pvp = death" then deathblowed, i was pretty gutted to say the least after the grind to get it, i felt was it worth it if i couldnt even take out one of the two. I still pvp but i accpt the fact i cant hit fencers/pistolers with a flame thower.

Hehe the only thing i can think of for me is my town droped 8 bases so I have to do alot of missions to make up for the 2k I lose a night. Yes I am not lieing.One time 8 imp stood out side the Cloning center and I had a tef on them becuawe I was in the Militia. Its cheap but hy thye were in my town and showing off so I ran out Flame Cone II Dead in 2 seconds Cloned Came out Flame Cone II and died in a second I did that about 24 times they did not leave and my burns were so low. Finaly they spread out and I was a lil harder to hit them. Other times I just leave the cloning and instand poison and mind shot death in seconds. That was embarasing to me for the most part.

i was in Coronet some master imp pikemen and his pet whenever i tryed to flame him i was on my back with 2 other guys. The guy kept us down and had his pet eat us i came back but the samething happed

another was a master gunfighter she used warcry and shot me to death not even one shot off

Getting loadkilled while unarmored as a novice for my first time was probably my worst, especially as my assailant was a fencer and dodged the one attack I managed to get off.

The second-worst beating I've ever had was when I tried to solo the Imperial Rescue mission for the corvette. I didn't do too bad actually, I blew through most of the ensigns. By the time I made it very far though (keep in mind I was exploring and had died/incapped several times to the, err, non-engineers and ensigns) I had no HAM left whatsoever, and got one-shotted about every 30 seconds I wans't incapped. I did manage to get to the armoire by the defunct droid though. With buffs I might not have been that bad off actually, the FT is more useful than I thought it would be there.

Nice story...lol...

...anyways..once in Anchorhead me and this other guy double teamed a TKM...i missed with my flamer (also being a MC) 4 times...my 5th finally connected...but did weak damage (against his armour) then i got Dizzied/KDed (he also ran into the cantina)...then he proceeded to heal himself, and killed me..and the other guy

This was the final straw that put me off PvP...he was also unbuffed as well.
