Commando Archive

I just got 0-1-4-1 Commando, and 0-0-2-0 Bounty Hunter. I then started doing PVP and realized quickly my fatal flaw. I was a Wookie. I am now deleting my character because wookies suck in pvp as they can't wear armor.

My question for people is what is the best PvP Race to play as a Commando? I really really don't want to have to delete my character again so any advice I can get would be amazing. Thanks

but it seems a zabrok has one heck of a mind and can take a beeting to the mind (a vere good thing veres eye shot)

hes right zabrak are good in pvp im a commando zabrak and can somtimes withstand eyeshot even if they do eyeshot me usualy the flame damage kills themin the end(being on tatooine with no water around helps hehe)

Buy a crate of shield generators and hot bar them. PvP does not last as long as PvE and shield generators are a viable defence. Good shields are still no where near as good as average armour but it will give you a chance - I'd try it before you delete.

Other than that I'd say that Zabrak have an edge as a PvP race - a self buff and a kind of heal once per hour is weak in PvE but in PvP its nice, also they don't get skill mods like wookeis get to creature handling and others get to crafting - they get resists. Huge willpower is nice as you can get yourself a music buff and be regening about 20 mind pool per second but a high mind pool would be better. No drawbacks at all - they can wear all clothing including helms and they get some great customisation options.

Hmmmm - one disadvantage to Zabrakis the max constition (400?) - makes it hard to wear armour unbuffed

i wear a 89% composite helmet so i dont have to worry bout eye shot spam =P
