Ok, i just hit Novice commando today and picked up a nice 460-979 HAR with 5.2 speed. Not exactly fantastic DPS but decent enough, the accuracy is a bit shocking since nothing over 30m away can be hit more than once everyfive shots. But I understand this is the norm for all of the weapons so I'm not going to complain. If it annoys me enough I'll just switch to the flamer and combine it with the LLC which I'm going to get from BH.

But anyway... what is the deal with this things graphics and general easthetics? I mean you have the LP... whoossshhh booom! then you have the flamer ....whoooshhh hisssbooom sizzzlee hisss. And then the HAR... plink. I mean it doesn't even look powerful yet it's very easy to just use overcharge2 and cause over 4k of damage but it looks so weak it's just not funny. For an ACID rifle you'd swear it was throwing test tubes around I was fighting against a few Cu-Pa just a minute ago and their ranged spit attack looks something I'd expect from the acid rifle. It really is quite a disapointment and it's no wonder the flamer is so popular since it's the HARs better looking, smarter, faster and stronger brother.

Yeah i heard about the skill mods not stacking correctly, but it's really only going to be used when I'm in a group anyway so the accurate doesn't matter that much as I'm able to stay still and pound away anyway. The focus for this build is getting deadly with the launcher pistol which I have a fondness for.

The HAR from top to botton is broken. Range, accuracy, effect, animation: Broken.
