I made a post about them nerfing commando because after the patch i was unable to hit someone with a flameshot a 20m...then everyone told me that the range had always been 16m and i must have been lagging but i know for the past month or so that i was hitting people at 20m.Then after thinking about for a few days i remember that i had a lot of skill attachments on my cloths and 4 of them where heavy weapons modifiers.

So know my stats for heavy weapons are the same if im wearing my clothing with the skill enhancements or not.Also the same for all the skill enhancements that i have.None of them seem to be boosting my skills

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
