Is a heawy weapon speed another one of those useless skill tapes? or does it add enhance skill on every type of heavy weaponry the commando can use? Example: does a heavy weapon +1 speed attachment add +1 to your FT speed?

They are useless.... left over from Beta I think it was, or at the least early launch. From when it was HW Stats and not individual for each *IE: FT Speed, HAR Speed, etc.*

Thank you for the quick feedback, I am just making sure that you are a 100% sure that they don't add a speed enhancement to whatever HW you have equipped.. I am just very curious as I am thinking of purchansing a lot of these skill tapes.
