As the title says I am looking to buy the best armor a Commando can get for PvE (I rearly, if never PvP) I am kinda new to the Commando profession so I thought I would ask the experts here. For PvE (Hunting and Fractional NPCs) what would be the Commando's "Dream Armor". I got One Million to spend so money is not a problem just knowing and well finding it is lol. So please give me all the imput you can on what armor I should keep my eyes open for. Thanks a lot!

If your doing creatures, ubese with a high kinetic layer is all you need. Against npc, well, they tend to use guns, and specials at higher levels, so a set of composite should do you fine. And if you get a stun layer put into the comp, you can use it should you ever decide to PvP (prolly not a good idea unless you've got another profession to back up those commando skills, tho)

As the other respondent said, kinetic ubese is your friend for animal hunts. You recover faster in it, because of the lower encumberance.
For fighting NPCs I would suggest high base Composite, or energy layered composite.
If you could spend alot of money, the best for this use (and a good compromise armor in any case) would be a suit of comp with the base experimented up to 69% then sliced to 80% or more. Such a suit can only be made with stun or electrical layers, because otherwise, the slice will not effect all the protects. You will have to be buffed into this armor, by a combination of master doc and Vassaarian Brandy, probably. Muon gold will also work, for 10 minutes at a time.
If you want to spend a really silly amount of money, nightsister layered composite is also possible, or Krayt SEGMENT built composite. That can have very high protects all around, with lower encumberance.
