A while back I read something about the HAR being considered for AR:3 by the Sr. Developer. Since then I have continually scoured the boards for a lead on this. I am beginning to doubt that any Armor Piercing will ever be given to the HAR, which seems only slightly rediculous since it is... a Heavy Acid Rifle. If anyone has any information on this, please, oh please reply and spill your guts.
