Hi Guys
I'm a Human Novice Commando working my way up the Flamethrower tree and I have a couple of questions about my stats. I have already migrated to allow myself to wear Composite Armor.
These are my current stats wearing a full set of Composite Armor showing the Attribute, Value, and Emcumbrance:
Health: 813 Enc 0
Strength 121 Enc 444
Con. 1 Enc 444
Action 905 Enc 0
Quick 112 Enc 388
Stamina 22 Enc 388
Mind 680 Enc 0
Focus 1 Enc 540
Will 1 Enc 540
My Flamethrower Special Attack Costs are:
Health 77
Action 18
Mind 18
What I would like to know is what further Stat Migration would be best to maximize my effectiveness and which Stats should be increased with Meds or Foods.
I'd also like to know which power-ups work with a Flamethrower.

Well, it makes a big difference if you're going PvP or PvE. Personally for PvP I prefer to have my mind pool around 800 if possible, and the mind substats maxed. Health and Action I tend to drop down a fair bit (like 700ish) because a good set of buffs can get you higher, and I leave my Health and Action substats just high enough to get my armor on.
PvE it depends on if you like fighting buffed or not, and if you wear the armor in PvE. I'd say your best bet is to experiment a bit, that's how I found my happy medium.

Flame Specials never use more than 25 HAM. Yes, you read that correctly. Secondaries are only important as far as getting your armour on to a Commando, and mind regeneration. I had my mains as 700/700/800 when I was a Commando, worked fine for me.

well... I never fight without buffs so my stats look like this.

Tho because commando's don't really use mind much in their attacks I'm migrating out of focus and into willpower for more mind regen.
