The pistoleer and carbineer boards are talking about everyone getting damage mitigation. I am a master commando and master tka. I already have ranged damage mitigation 3 (commando) and melee damage mitigation 3 (tka). Does this mean that EVERYONE now gets the same thing I have, or do I continue to get some mitigation bonuses specific to those professions that stack on what everyone else now gets?

I have heard nothing of this, most likely our friendly folks on the pistoleer/carbineer boards are spewing crap.
