Thread: Acid rifle, worths it?

hi, i would like to know if i should buy acid rifle. someone told me it was buggy, and it was better for me to get a flamer and do 0040 first and so on.

Take in mind that I am only beginning the commando line. But, I started out commando 0/0/4/0 and I am having fun at it. Also, I am not at all a PvP type and don't intend to be. The Acid rifle does minimum damage to as it is really a bugged weapon. I thought I would give my take on the matter because no one else has. Answer, go with flamer and then then the others, also, carry a good scatter pistol

Not sure why you're carrying a good scatter pistol unless you're a Bounty hunter too, unless you mean the launcher (lag) pistol that is 
Sure the best (some would argue right now the only worth while) tree we have is the flame thrower line, so grab that first. Then its open season cause none are that hot. You'll get field tactics as you go along, but i'd recommend the heavy weps line first (if you can afford them). Get a HAR because they've changed some stuff on test to make them reasonable (at least thats how i understand it) and because you never know when a mobs going to be 100% heat resisted making them invulnerable to you. Highly recommend you take up another adv marksman prof too, either pistoleer with a little smuggler (you have the requirements for that too) or rifleman are good, TKA is good too. Thing is, a lot will (hopefully) change in the very near future so its hard to say.
