I am Zabrak and have migrated my stats to:

Health: 1050
Strength: 300
Constitution: 300

Action: 850
Stamina: 300
Quickness: 300

Mind: 1000
Focus: 500
Willpower: 800

the reason is, i dont play unbufft very often, and if i am buffed only mind is important. When i am unbuffed and have still my armor on, the encumbrance is so high that it does not matter how high the seconds are so i put them all to 300.

Well, then lemme translate it into human for you (or any other species for that matter):

Put all your mind stats to their max, put your health and action secondaries to their min, then migrate the health and action bars how you see fit.

And pick up Novice Medic, if you haven't already.
