Heya.

I'm new to Commando and I really like even though the lack of Purpose and the virtually worthless in PVP situations. Finding weaponsmiths that make out gear aint easy either!!!

Cool a Energy Rocketlauncher...ow wait 32 uses for 21000k.. Ummm sure!

Now my question to you is: What 2nd proffession do you have inorder to get just a tiny bit of defenses?

I've been looking at Fencer, swordsman and a bit at Pistoleer.

My conclusion was that Fencer would be the best in terms of Melee and Ranged damage, as Dodge aren't used in Commando unless you are using the nerfgun...errr I mean Lag pistol...doh! Launcher pistol!

My boss nerfed me. He says Im not allowed to surf the SWG forums as long as he's around.
Today he's not here

like some other ppl i like the combination with TKA - you get a lot more melee/ranged defense some status defenses and the best thing imo - meditation

TKM and Pistoleer are the only two with good defences that you can master with Master Commando, and have Novice Medic as well. TKM is a good combo though, gives Melee and Ranged Mitigation 3, about 95 Melee and Ranged defence, Meditate, so no worrying about wounds, plus there's all the nice TK KD moves. Until the Flame nerf, TKM/Commando used to be the perfect combo for hunting Nightsisters. Stack a couple of flames, switch to TK and even a Protector was no trouble.

I'm a Commando/Smuggler, So I only get Ranged Mitigation 3 and Melee Mitigation 1. Neither of which really do much.

Also, It Saps my Skill Points, so If i want Defense it wont be any good

another thing that's nice about TKM in my opnion, is that you don't HAVE to use knucklers... you can just hit things with your fists and be pretty effective. That way you dont' have to worry about the whole finding gear problem. Not to mention it's free... hehe

tkm...fencer or swordman is just wasting 14 good skill points, and if u get rifleman or sumnitn you wont be using commando much lol
